Under Reform’s Summer School on Governance and Mobility was held at IISc Bangalore 4-6 March 2020. The aim of the School was to advance participant expertise on the theoretical, methodological and analytical approaches available for understanding the role that governance plays in influencing transport and mobility.
The international workshop was held at the India International Centre in Delhi on Tuesday 3rd March. The workshop presented findings from the Under Reform project and from an international study tour on how to accelerate the adoption of sustainable and smart transport solutions.
Officials from our case study sites in India joined us for a week-long tour of four UK cities to see some of what is being done in transport initiatives and governance in the UK. Over sixty participants from various organisations joined with partners from the Under Reform project for this Smart Cities Mission (SCM) governance workshop in Delhi on the 18 September. Taking place on 14 September, this regional workshop aimed to better understand the role of SCM stakeholders and transport-related policy and decision-making.
